Judge Elden Fox refused bail and custody Lindsay - The actress, 24 charged before the judge after failing two tests of the drug court was a serious setback in the hearing. TMZ reports that Lindsay was in court handcuffed.

Lindsay was in prison until 22 Sentenced in October at its next meeting.
